  • DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
    • Yes, we accept all major credit cards, checks, wire transfers and ACH.
  • IS THERE A PORTAL ONLINE TO ACCEPT PAYMENT?
    • Please contact ar@sourceg.net to request a link to our online payment portal. We request you include your invoice number when emailing.
  • WHAT SIZE IS A FULL/TABLOID PAGE AD?
    • Visit our specifications page for details.
  • WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
    • Your payment date can be found on your invoice. To request a copy, please email ar@sourceg.net
  • WHAT FILE FORMAT IS PREFERRED FOR AD SUBMISSIONS?
    • A high resolution, 300 dpi .pdf file is preferred.
  • HOW CAN I GET ADVANCE COPIES?
    • Advance copies can be arranged through our distribution team. They can be reached at lisal@sourceg.net
  • WHEN DO YOU POST DIGITAL COPIES ON YOUR WEBSITE?
    • Digital copies are posted online approximately one week prior to the first show day.
  • WHAT MATERIALS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FOR MY CONTRACT?
    • Please email materials@sourceg.net for a list of items and your deadline.
  • HOW CAN I SUBMIT A LARGE FILE?
    • We can accept files up to 40MBs via email. If your file is still too large, we recommend using a file transfer service (such as www.wetransfer.com) or you may share a folder with us via www.dropbox.com.
